BRISBANE SUBBUTEO CLUB IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE IT HAS A NEW, MORE PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE NOW WE ARE BECOMING A MORE ESTABLISHED CLUB. ALL NEW CONTENT WILL BE ON THE NEW SITE.

On 10th Oct, Rik Bland and Giuseppe Tardiota participated in a FISTF tournament in Melbourne, great to have 2 players representing Brisbane Subbuteo Club at a prestigious event.

Unfortunately both players were drawn into the same group and due to a top seed in the same group, only one could realistically make it through. Rik took out a 1-0 victory over Giuseppe, and progressed to the knockout stage, losing in a quarter final against eventual winner Chris Thomas (ranked world no.4 in FISTF last year).

Giuseppe went into WASPA tournament, and got through to the final for second year running, narrowly losing out to winner Luke Radzininski.

Both players aquited themselves well, and put a marker down for Brisbane to enter upcomiming interstate, and international tournaments.

We are very pleased to announce a new clubhouse for Brisbane Subbuteo Club at Woody Point (Redliffe). We have 6 tables available, and will use this location as and when our numbers grow. We occassionally take the tournament to new venues, such as Narangba, Ipswich and Sunshine Coast.

TEAM PAINTING SERVICE

Giuseppe Tardiota offers a fantastically detailed painting service for your figures. He has been painting minature figures for many years, and has an exceptional eye for detail, his work is of a very high standard.

Giuseppe can supply brand new figures, painted to your favourite teams colours, or you can send him your old figures to repaint.
